Nikos Frangakis, the president of the Greek Centre of European Studies and Research (EKEME) and former Chair of the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI) attended the 50th Plenary Meeting of ECRI, in Strasbourg, on 17 December 2009, regarding the exchange of views between former Chairs with the Commission, on ECRI’s future work and perspectives.
